Pre-Conference Workshop “Project Cartography” 22 July 2014

Prior to the ISCHE 36 Education, War and Peace conference being held at the Institute of Education in London we invite you to join us for a pre-conference workshop on mapping the history of education field.  The program will run 14:00-19:00 on July 22 in Room 728 at 20 Bedford Way (the main IOE building).  The pre-conference workshop convenors, Rita Hofstetter, Emmanuelle Picard, Eckhardt Fuchs, Alexandre Fontaine & Solenn Huitric, aim to direct attention at the question of how an international network on the project “Mapping the History of Education” can be built and with what tools.  The workshop will focus on the methodological aspect of the project and how the data bases were constructed.  Detailed information on the sessions and presenters is available here.
