Registration and Fees for ISCHE 46, Lille (8-11 July 2025)

 

Registration

  • Early bird registration for ISCHE 46 in Lille, France, will start on 10 March and end on 30 April. On 1 May, the standard registration starts.
  • All persons attending the conference need to register as conference participants via the online conference system, Conftool, see link below. This includes presenting authors, co-authors attending the conference and listen only delegates.
  • Proposals where none of the authors has registered for the conference until 25 May 2025 will be withdrawn.
  • If you have submitted a presentation, please log in to your user account at the conference management system, Conftool, with your existing user name and password. You can then register for the conference by clicking Register as Participant on the Overview list.
  • If you have not created a user account in this year’s system before, please do so in the conference management system, Conftool, where you can then register as a participant.
  • Please note that you can pay with debit or credit card or PayPal. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact the ISCHE office (banking fees from your bank may apply).
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. Thank you for your understanding.

ISCHE Membership

  • Membership of ISCHE is required prior to registration for ISCHE 46 (the conference in 2025), in order to be eligible for any associated discount.

ISCHE 46 Fees

  • Each person attending ISCHE needs to register as participant, not looking at whether they present or not. Co-authors who do not present at the conference do not need to register.
  • Please note that fees will differ depending on the date of registration, and on whether or not the delegate is a member of ISCHE.
  • Early Career Researchers (ECRs) are entitled to get reduced fees. A confirmation of the ECR status needs to be uploaded during the registration process.
  • Delegates with residence in Low GDP countries are entitled to get reduced fees.
  • Registration fees for the in person conference include access to all sessions, round tables and conferences in fully-equipped rooms, as well as coffee breaks and lunch during the duration of the conference (8-11 July). There will be an opening reception free of charge.
  • You will find an email receipt acknowledging your registration. The invoice can be downloaded from your Conftool account once the payment has been fully processed.

Refund Policy

100% refund (minus a bank processing fee) will be granted to cancellations received prior to 1 May 2025.

Any cancellations between 1 May and 8 June 2025 will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be available for cancellations received after 8 June 2025.

Please choose your registration rate carefully and in accordance with your selected mode of presentation and membership status. Refunds for wrong registrations will be applicable only until 8 June 2025.
