How to submit to ISCHE 46

Submission Time: 31 October 2024 – 5 January 2025 – extended to 15 January 2025

ISCHE 46 will take place in person on the Pont-de-Bois campus of the University of Lille, France, from 8-11 July 2025 and oline from 15-16 July 2025. Proposals where none of the authors has registered for the conference until 25 May 2025 will be withdrawn.

User accounts from previous ISCHE  years were not copied to Conftool 2025. All users  must create a new user account in Conftool 2025, link available below.

Please read the below information carefully before you start to submit your proposal:

  • All proposals for ISCHE 46 must be submitted using the 2025 online submission system Conftool, link available below from 31 October 2024. Accounts from previous years are no longer available, so please create a new user account. Afterwards you can access the submission form which will allow you to enter your proposal.
  • You will be technically unable to submit your proposal if information is missing. So please collect all necessary information before submitting your proposals. It is also important to stay within the limits of word-counts indicated in the examples as otherwise the submission system will not process your submission.
  • All submissions need to be directed towards an ISCHE 46 strand. If you choose to submit to one SWG (B-strand), please choose a second strand in case that the reviewers don’t find your submission suitable for your preferred first choice strand.
  • We recommend you first consult the information on the ISCHE Formats of Presentations. Then please prepare your abstract according to the pre-conditions in a text programme and “copy and paste” it into the Conftool submission form.
  • Conference proposals may be presented in any of ISCHE’s five conference languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Once provided with a username and password you can re-enter the conference system (Conftool) at any time prior to the submission deadline in order to change or update your data and proposal.
  • Please remember to keep your username and password safe – you will need them again to register for the conference.
