La Revue d’histoire de l’enfance « irrégulière » consacre son prochain numéro à la façon dont la jeunesse marginale a été perçue et prise en charge dans les pays méditerranéens au XIXe et au XXe siècles. L’espace géographique étudié comprend la rive nord de la Méditerranée, le Levant, le Machrek et le Maghreb : il s’agit de questionner la notion de bassin méditerranéen en tentant de voir si, sur le terrain des politiques de la jeunesse, la Méditerranée relève d’une construction culturelle ou idéologique, ou si au contraire des éléments d’unité, de spécificité et de continuité sont repérables.
